| Austin-Soft is based upon the user-centric approach to software design: designing software that we believe users want, not what a marketing company tells us users want. Glenn Austin started working on computers in 1976, developing some of the first in-store demo software for microcomputers and moving on to working for Apple Computer, Aladdin Systems, Symantec, La Cie and others.
Our company has a background in both hardware and software design, which shows in the products our company chooses to make.
As it stands, Austin-Soft is developing software for MacOS X, Linux and Microsoft Windows, with more support coming for Java.
Remember the part about the users? The part where we try to built applications that users want and need to enhance their computing experience?
Coding is hard. Knowing what would make your life easier is even harder. Gamers, Developers, General users: we want to hear from you!
